It’s a standard Lowe’s but word to the wise, do not buy anything related to holiday lights here. They won’t let you return even for store credit after 12/25, which is utterly ridiculous. Who has time to make returns before Christmas? I’m out $150 now because my schedule didn’t allow for returns. I had my receipt and unopened boxes and everything. Meanwhile, Walmart lets you make returns no problem. Lowe’s lights are overly priced with an out of touch no return policy. I would not recommend getting your holiday decor here.

Update: still haven’t received a call from Croom’s to schedule a date and time. This was after calling Lowe’s customer service regarding the below situation.
This is regarding Croom’s installation. Purchased 4 appliances from Lowe’s. Two to be installed, croom’s calls to schedule but it’s a robot, it will tell you to leave a message if the date doesn’t work and they will reschedule, I left message with date. They(robot) keep calling back giving different dates, send you to answer machine or hang up after 10 minutes. Can’t get a human to talk to. This was going for weeks. Very frustrating. I should’ve called Lowe’s 1st because by the time I called Lowe’s I was upset. Thankfully Appliance associate did give me a real person to talk to with Lowe’s and they are now reaching out to Croom’s. Would be nice if installation people they use would communicate via a real person and not a robot, I listened to robot that said they would call back but that failed miserably. Don’t bother leaving a message because they don’t listen to them. Robot just keeps calling back with different dates. Should’ve only taken 1 call. Don’t blame Lowe’s Alachua but corporate Lowe’s should care more about the overall customer experience.

I had 10 pieces of drywall and two by fours and a sheet of plywood had to load onto the trailer and do you think you can get someone to help you. no they tried to tell me it wasn’t safe for them to load onto my trailer, but wouldn’t tell me what wasn’t safe about it. Just stand around in crowds and do nothing. Every aisle I go down they are all grouped together talking and on their phones, worst customer service ever. I thought about pushing it all back to the register and getting my money back, but it was all the way across the store. I will never go back to this Lowes again
