    This system is so easy to use. No more waiting for someone to show up to make your keys. I have tried 3 separate times at another store where they didn’t have this system and was told they could not make this particular key. I bought the lock from them. So it made no sense to me. That’s why I went back 2 and 3 times. Hoping a different person would be able. They never had the proper key to cut they said.

    First, the edges of the teeth on all the keys are terribly sharp and need to be brushed smooth; second, the carving of the teeth on the keeys caused the color, especially on the blue "Home" keys, to peel off; lastly, because the teeth on the keys was not brushed, the keys stick in the locks, and it's a pain to jiggle them out.

    Seemed easy, but SUCKS that the keys did NOT match mine in thickness and I cannot use them. I would’ve been better off having them done personally by the helper at Lowe’s - where I now have to drive back to in order to get it done correctly. At least if any Lowe’s or Home Depot product has not worked for me, I get my money back. I don’t see that happening from a robot kiosk machine.
