No one picks up the phone. My order had half of it cancelled because they had none but allowed you to order it and then wouldn’t let you cancel the rest of the order. The delivery fee was 4x the amount of what they delivered. This is a terrible experience. No one at the store takes any responsibility.

Don't place an order online! We have placed two different orders online. We got a message saying our order was ready for pickup. We get over there and guess what? It's not ready. Ended up sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for it!! We did the order the day before we needed it and it still wasn't ready. It was a big order and we placed it online so we didn't have to come there and wait for them to get it all together. Guess we should have just went and picked the order ourselves. Probably would have been quicker. Not happy at all.

First off, let me start by saying I had an overall decent experience. But one thing I noticed is not\n All employees in certain sections are familiar with the items in their section. Which makes it hard for certain questions to be answered about what product you should buy period\n It'll be really helpful if the staff was informed a little bit on certain products or had a little background that would go a long way for How to fix faucet for dummies. All in all I like the organization of the store and the accessibility of unique items.The location is perfect stores.Clean staff is friendly
