I vehemently despise their Flock mass/surveillance systems which also records non-patrons of their store and shares this sensitive data with anyone having access to their systems; legitimately or otherwise. Security and privacy concerns, hack-ability, tracking and sharing of your data. I will not be supporting this store going forward because of it.

Yesterday an employee had gone to the veterans parking to retrieve his pizza. Then inside store he approached me after I recognized him and I asked why he's parked in veterans parking. He said because he wears a camo vest and he can. I said it's probably for veteran customers not employee parking. He drives a black Subaru. Very short hair and an intimidating demeanor. Not the best ambassador for Lowes.

On Friday, November 21st. I was in Lowes with an older woman who could not hear and was unable to speak - (just make sounds).
She had a metal hook in hand that she was trying to match. Scott was in hardware. He was wonderfully patient and helpful- and so pleasant.
At checkout, this woman was looking for a cashier. Julie assessed the situation and told me that she would help with self checkout - and she did. The customer received change of a 20 dollar bill. That seemed to be an issue. Julie figured out that the customer wanted the 20 dollars in smaller bills. Julie pointed us to Customer Service.
The Customer Service rep (sorry, I did not get her name) conversed with the customer and figured she wanted 2 fives and 1 ten. Again, she was patient, and very pleasat with a big smile.
Thank you so much to Scott, Julie and Customer Service. I was really impressed, as each employee treated this older woman with respect and communicated directly with her - one on one.
