We called when we needed keys made for our front door deadbolt/wifi keyless entry. The prior owner left only one key that could not be replicated. We called to have the lock rekeyed. Jacob arrived to assist. He surmised the Chinese made lock in place had a lock pin system unable to be changed. He sold us a new lock and installed it for more than $500!!!! I specifically asked if we were to wait and buy our own to be installed would the price be similar. He said with his service call fee, yes. He lied. Lock he installed and left us with the box for came from Home Depot for $79. So disappointing - he seemed so trustworthy.
