  Erica was very helpful in helping us chose a new sofa. We were careful in our decision after being disappointed in our last purchase at another store. She shared many more details on size, fabric, and structure that helped us make our choice. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I think we will be happy with our choice.

  The La-z-boy team provided excellent service from start to finish. They assisted with selection of my sectional, style options and fabrics. They ensured that the furniture fit my room perfectly. They responded and followed up on all post sale questions and concerns with expertise and professionalism. They explained financing options and I was able to purchase the furniture with a zero interest plan. The delivery service was not good resulting in some damage to the sectional however your team resolved all problems with great satisfaction to me. Thank you Newark DE La-z-boy!

  I went looking for a smaller recliner; it seems most are made for 6’ tall men. I was pleased to find one. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is that the cord for the mechanism for reclining is in Black! My chair is a tweed beige. You would think there’d be an option to pick your cord color. It’s very glaring and seemingly such a small fix, simply offer three colors: beige, black or brown.

  During a recent visit to LB newark we were serviced by a staff that was well trained and focused enger to fulfill every need. They spent a bunch of time and effort to make sure that we were well versed in purchasing the right recliner, they provided answers to every question and time was not an issue or inconvenience. because of there knowledge and desire to fulfill the needs we made a purchase that was perfect for us and our home. Customer service is their number one priority. And the delivery team was amazing - Harold FLEISCHUT

  We came back to La-Z-Boy because of their manager Erica Short who is not only a very good salesperson but has a very good designer's eye. After our initial purchase of the couch and club chairs from La-Z-Boy we needed to add the recliners and with her help we chose ones that complimented the other furniture items and the overall layout of our living room. We are very pleased with the service we received.
