It’s a typical furniture store experience with sales staff on the floor, so a tip that helps: when you walk in, pick one associate you’re comfortable with, get their name, and stick with them. Then if someone else approaches, you can politely say, “Thanks — we’re already working with ___.” It makes the shopping experience a lot smoother.

I paid for the platinum protection plan and have had several calls and two service technicians out and wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. After six or seven times trying to get customer service online , I decided to go back to the store where I purchased it. There I spoke with Katie who was the general manager of 4 Delaware's stores.She was absolutely wonderful.Couldn't repair the piece that I bought so she gave me a whole new set of my choosing for the same price. She also took off the delivery and removal of the old furniture price. She then had Joyce an assistant manager, there helped me with my new choice, got a whole new living room , set , coffee tables and end tables ,wasn't charged since they couldn't fix the other. I will definitely be buying more furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. Although the Platinum Protection Service plan people didn't help at all by NOT returning my calls , Katie and Joyce were absolutely wonderful in helping to make me a satisfied customer. Thank you Katie and Joyce

Sharaye was incredibly informative, and as the visit went on , we found ourselves chatting away about furniture, sharing laughs, and talking about life in general. What stood out to us is how much Sharaye understands that when you're buying furniture, you're bringing it home to be a part of the family. She genuinely wants you to love what you choose. By the end of our visit, we went from meeting a stranger to leaving the store with a warm hug and the feeling that we had met a new friend.
