So after standing in the aisle for 20 minutes looking around, I go to customer service and have them page someone so I go back to the aisle and look around for another 20 minutes. And then I have to go back to customer service and get them to page someone again and after waiting another 20 minutes. I just buy a random box and hope they fit well. Big surprise they didn't fit. I'm better off driving an extra 5 miles in each direction and going to home depot. Because you guys just don't give a crap about the customers or if you sell anything or not you just want the easy sales and you don't want to help customers when they have a question.

An associate helped me find units at ground level. Then the checkout person helped insure I got the right price despite the register. And the manager documented that the carton was damaged in case something is wrong when I start assembly. Overall a perfect experience.
