    I purchased a washer from here 1/28/26 with an extended warranty ($800 total) Upon unboxing the next day, there was very obvious damage to the unit and the lid would not close properly. I called the store the following day to inform them and they told me that there was a 48hr return policy on appliances, which was absolutely never mentioned in the store, I was at hour 49 at the time of the call and they told me that I was stuck with a broken washer. I tried going thru GE, using the extended warranty that I paid for, also a giant waste of time. I am a contractor and I spend 10s of thousands of dollars at Lowes yearly and that has changed since this. All my business will be going to Home Depot after this terrible experience. I will encourage all my fellow contractors to do the same.

    I work for a company mo. Properties. that spends millions of dollars at Lowe’s. But this store is the worse one. This company I work for has emergencies that I have to attend, and this the second time I come on the afternoon and the same lady name Chyna has a horrible attitude with me. She gets mad at me because she has to stop using her cell phone and help me. She ask me with a nasty attitude why are you coming so late? When it was only 6:30pm. Like if this is any of her business. And I say pro service is closed. Therefore customer services have to help to do phone sells. she said no I don’t have to help you. So I ask for a manager, and the manager gets mad too. He said they don’t do phone sells after 6pm. Like how do I supposed to know that. Plus he didn’t had manager clothing or name tag that would say manager. Plus they don’t have a sign saying that they don’t do phone cells after 6pm Nor have they notified the company I work for. If is true that you guys have that policy please inform my boss and put up a sign saying that. So I don’t have to come here after 6pm and go straight to Home Depot that they do and they do have great customer service.

    I placed an online order with this location of 3 separate paint samples but received a delivery of 3 of the same sample. After speaking to a manager on the phone they told me to come down and they would fix the mistake no problem since it was a mistake on their behalf (I had proof of the three shades ordered through my account and thought this exchange would be super easy) Fast forward I go to Lowe’s (after loading up and infant and toddler, kinda inconvenient but I needed to get my samples) and the customer service woman wanted to refuse to let me get the correct colors because they were sample sized and policy says they can’t return them, which is understandable IF the mistake was on my part but the STORE messed up my order. So after a small back and forth about how I don’t want a refund I want my order and being asked why I didn’t physically check the paints before purchase (an impossible task when getting it delivered), I had to ask for another manager (not the gentleman I spoke with earlier) and she said “just this once” they would fix my problem, even though I had nothing to do with the mistake made. So essentially if they ever mess up again or if I hadn’t have shown my tail I’d be out almost 25$ having to purchase new samples of the correct items. Not a whole lot of money but it’s the principle. I have no problem paying for a mistake made, IF it was my mistake made. All I wanted was the order fixed, no money, no returns. Mistakes happen, I’m understanding of that but not of being rude and not owning up to your mistakes. Sorry Lowe’s I will be color matching at Home Depot or traveling to Middletown location from now on.

    They would not take back unopened Christmas lights without a receipt, no store credit, no exchange...nothing. When I calmly shared my complaint, the head cashier cut me off, then became argumentative. The manager wasn't much better, "mansplaining" rather than trying to be helpful. With this type of customer service, I will be shopping elsewhere. Wish I had a Menard's near me. Love Home Depot!!!
