On Saturday, 4-11 at 2:30, I called the Millsboro Lowes to get information on a toilet install. I need 3 toilets and they need to be delivered and installed in my home in Ocean Pines, Berlin Md. I was surprised when I was able to get through to the plumbing dept where a gentleman answered the phone with a simple "Hello". A bit taken back I asked if this was the plumbing dept. and he said yes. I asked a few questions about the install process and the delivery to Md. at which point he became less then helpful and offered only that I could do the entire process on line and that a contractor would have to provide me with the information I was asking about. He did offer to take my name and put the phone down. I could hear him talking in the background but he never picked it up again for several minutes. So, I hung up and for the next 55 minutes I attempted to call the store and convince your AI phone on hold program that I wanted to talk to the MOD. 2 times I managed to get customer service and was eventually hung up on. I called back numerous times, each call with me on hold for 7 minutes and 42 seconds when the line went dead. According to the timer on the phone I was still connected but no further assistance was provided. SO my impression of the customer service at this location was overall very poor. I still need 3 toilets delivered and installed and will see if I can fumble with the website but I have questions and I do not want to ever talk to your AI program again.

I spent over $700 for a new closet system that was supposed to be delivered to store almost a week ago. I called for an update today as to why it’s still not marked ready for pickup. They told me the wrong item was sent and they’d order a new part. When calling back to determine what wrong item was sent in case we could use it, I was transferred and disconnected multiple times. On hold for a total of 30 minutes and they never called back even tho the order was under my phone number.

Someone within Lowe’s stole my credit cards and IDs. My wallet was found on 02/07/2026 with all of my cards in it. I was sent to two different police departments over the course of the week where the wallet was supposedly “turned in” there was no record of this happening. The manager Brian swore up and down he dropped it personally at the Seaford PD (30 minutes away from the store) He had me describe the wallet and was sure that’s where he took it… he lied, he did not. He couldn’t even answer if the cop he gave it to was male or female! Magically on 02/12 a different manager by the name of Allen calls and states my wallet has magically turned up in the same safe they have been looking in since Sunday… I go to retrieve my wallet today 02/13 and it is empty. The customer service lady (Cheryl) and I believe female manager (Shirley) was there the day it got turned in started that when it was turned in it had my cards in it, she was even able to state the names on the ID’s that the wallet previously contained. They sent me on a week long goose chase to a wallet everyone in the store knew about. They severely mishandled this situation and now someone in the Lowe’s has stolen my identity and my grandmothers identity. Along with all of our bank cards.
