Try to post positive reviews but..,
Purchased a grill for pickup. Over 20 minutes wait at pickup window with associates walking past while my name flashed red at pickup window. Walked around corner to find someone. When grill came out it was missing screws missing and damaged paint and will rust. Over 40 minutes to pickup a damaged and not assembled correctly grill.
Earlier this year:
Purchased 2 car garage floor epoxy kit. Free tinting : only one gallon so to my surprise neither side matched. Sadly Lowe’s has fallen off my list. This is the third time this Lowe’s let me down.
Store was unkept and dusty meaning not using enough water when cleaning the floors.
Pride and accountability starts with management.
As I continue to renovate homes Lowe’s is in my penalty box. Here’s a real stat on my visit from observing associates: 1 out of 3 were actually working. As someone that evaluates business, this is a train wreck waiting to happen.
Time is our most precious gift to offer. Unfortunately I’ll never get back my 40 minutes
