- BBBrian Bianca1 day ago1.0This store has the worst shopping carts I have ever seen you have to pick through 20 just to find one with four wheels. Never has any bags for customers if you ask an associate they just say nope and walk away. Terrible to say the least. Doesn’t even deserve the one star.

I placed an order with another location and somehow it ended up here. My delivery was supposed to be friday. On Thursday afternoon I get an email and a text stating it’s Saturday. So I called the store Friday morning and spent over 2 hours on the phone to be told it really isn’t Saturday, because one item is missing. What? I have an email and texts stating its Saturday. Over and over I was told I understand. Obviously not, since at no time was I told the order wasn’t coming Saturday. I spoke with both Tabitha and Christina. Both of them “were disconnected from me” and I had to call back, go through this impossible AI system to finally speak to someone. Then after an additional 2 hours, after I told them to call the delivery service they contract, I was told I would be early Saturday less the item they did not have in stock. (Side note: where I had ordered from did have it in stock). So imagine my surprise when I get a text with a window of 3 pm to 7 pm. And the item in stock at the Lowes I placed the order for wouldn’t arrive for another week! I will never utilize Lowes again, especially this particular store.

Good to think I would have to take an emergency exit to use the bathroom. Would have thought it would be an obvious sign like everywhere else. Don’t bothering asking the lady at self check out. She won’t even bother looking at you. Just “aisle 14.” THANKS. How helpful.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
