This store has the worst shopping carts I have ever seen you have to pick through 20 just to find one with four wheels. Never has any bags for customers if you ask an associate they just say nope and walk away. Terrible to say the least. Doesn’t even deserve the one star.

The lack of customer service at this particular location is without a doubt some of the worst I have seen. I placed an order with another location and somehow it ended up here. My delivery was supposed to be friday. On Thursday afternoon I get an email and a text stating it’s Saturday. So I called the store Friday morning and spent over 2 hours on the phone to be told it really isn’t Saturday, because one item is missing. What? I have an email and texts stating its Saturday. Over and over I was told I understand. Obviously not, since at no time was I told the order wasn’t coming Saturday. I spoke with both Tabitha and Christina. Both of them “were disconnected from me” and I had to call back, go through this impossible AI system to finally speak to someone. Then after an additional 2 hours, after I told them to call the delivery service they contract, I was told I would be early Saturday less the item they did not have in stock. (Side note: where I had ordered from did have it in stock). So imagine my surprise when I get a text with a window of 3 pm to 7 pm. And the item in stock at the Lowes I placed the order for wouldn’t arrive for another week! I will never utilize Lowes again, especially this particular store.

The bathroom is ALL THE WAY DOWN aisle 14. Don’t look for a sign, look for an exit. Yeah, the bathroom isn’t labeled until you’re right on top of it. Good to think I would have to take an emergency exit to use the bathroom. Would have thought it would be an obvious sign like everywhere else. Don’t bothering asking the lady at self check out. She won’t even bother looking at you. Just “aisle 14.” THANKS. How helpful.
