I would avoid Lowe’s (especially this Lowe’s) for carpet installation. I was given a lot of incorrect information by Lowe’s employees. When added to the low quality of work from their installation contractor (Lowe’s Pro) “Hunter’s Flooring” who won’t come back and redo their work, I ended up with a big headache. Lowe’s (corporate) was going to refund me some of my money but wanted me to sign an agreement that I would lose my warranty and that I would agree not disparage against Lowe’s. I declined to sign. Please reconsider getting carpet and other floorings through Lowe’s. I will continue to visit Lowe’s for other needs (as needed).

I think at this point Lowe’s needs to shut down here! I thought Dover was bad, this is worse the people are so nasty. Refused to help me. I planned on Christmas shopping here spending a few hundred dollars on my Lowe’s card! Honestly rethinking if even having a Lowe’s card is worth it anymore.

I went into the store to order blinds. No one was there. The nice lady from paints tried to help us and asked if we could come back after 4 when someone would be there. The manager was there. He was so rude.unbelievable! Finally, after being there for an hour, someone came on duty and helped us. He was very nice. However, he took the measurements from the blinds and ordered the wrong thing. I have been trying to get through. Between the horrible AI on the phone and lack of customer support, I am very disappointed

Going to Lowe’s in Middletown, DE is always a pleasure. From interactions with store associates, (the red vests) to getting product locations in store, and everything in between, it’s always a five star experience. I have been a Lowe’s customer since moving to Delaware in January, 1993.
A very special mention about the self checkout experience, first off, you never feel like you’re alone, there’s always a eager associate nearby. Elizabeth (Liz) Pater is attentive, and always right there when you look puzzled (which, for me is often) or need help with a product lookup, scan or receipt reprint. I highly recommend Lowe’s in Middletown as a “go to” home improvement store.
