A little late on this review, but this past winter was a challenge, and I am incredibly grateful to Lowe's for having the Ego snow thrower in stock on such short notice. Coordinating emergency winter weather preparations and snow removal for a large community is no small task, and having reliable equipment readily available made the season much more bearable.
This machine was a workhorse through the major snowfall events we faced. It handled the heavy lifting during multi-day removal efforts, allowing us to keep up with sidewalk pretreatment and clearing logistics effectively. If you need dependable gear when the weather hits hard, Lowe's really came through.

I'll never buy online to pickup at the store again, in fact I think I'll just go to Home Depot instead. They didn't have everything I ordered for starters but what really pisses me off about this place is the customer service desk, the tall short haired woman is very abrasive and rude! She talks to people like they're garbage, if she doesn't like her job then she should quit. I called to speak to the store manager to make a complaint because this is the third time I've had an issue with her, the manager has yet to call me back. Did I handle it well? Not this time , I used a lot of profanity out of frustration.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Bought a $1200 dishwasher here late 2025. Bought it here because received 240.00 digital gift card.
Went to use it on Saturday April 10th and it had ZERO balance. Store could NOT help. Gave me the run around...wrong phone numbers...finally got LOWES 800 number...answered by people in INDIA or some other god knows country...Customer service says call gift cards who says I should call REBATES who says I should call Customer service who says I should call the store.......Finally ask to speak to a GENERAL mgr. or even a regular mgr....NOPE...never around...they say they have NO idea when a mgr will be in store...WHO RUNS THIS STORE...no wonder it is run so POORLY............LOWES let someone STEAL OVER $220
from me and offer no HELP.......I have been hung up by their terrible customer service store persons three times..one time I used profane language..but who wouldn't by now......I will never EVER buy from LOWES again.......
UPDATE......Lowes responded below with that garbage for me to contact them. JUST an online chat with other OVERSEAS reps...why do Americans let these companies take advantage of us and show us nothing but contempt....

Do not order apliance delivery because ider they will deliver a damaged one or the wrong one.
I ordered a washer/dryer to be delivered on april 3rd, they did bring it but it was damaged. The delivery guys took it back.
I called customer service they said they will solve it for me. 3 days later still no call back, I went to the store, they had no clue what I was talking about. They ordered a new one scheduled to be delivered april 13th. They brought me the wrong apliance.
I threw away my old one. Now its about to be a month I cant wash my clothes.
Please if you can haul it or have friends or family to take it for you right when you buy it its better. But DO NOT order delivery from this lowes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
