I don’t know which is worse their customer service department or the actual store. Customer service will say anything just to get you off the phone and the store doesn’t answer at all. I will never order online from Lowe’s and definitely never go the Lowe’s in Sussex. BTW my issue and installation still not resolved.

This trip was okay they had everything i went there for. In Delaware I think Lowe's is way better then HD. However I can't say that for the Lowe's in MD. So I can't give 5 stars due to past experiences and it sucks to be penalized a star for things that were not good in the past but we all have long memories and I bad experiences stick around longer then the good ones.

Always love shopping at our Lowe’s in Lewes always meeting to our needs in everything. Today though at the customer service desk which her name was Holly I felt went beyond the call. With her help, sincerity and professionalism was a delight. It’s hard to find people like that nowadays to make our visit and purchasing a pleasure! Perfect help from Holly obviously believes in her job which I hope Lowe’s pays their employees Well!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
