Horrible place; they do not tell you up front that they locked you into a “promo pricing” and then jack up your rent every 3 Months. Says nothing about this in the contract I signed. We will be looking to get out of this place ASAP. DONT COME HERE!
Well maintained storage facility w/ a fair pricing structure. Lease agreement & move in was a breeze thanks to a very attentive & customer service oriented property manager - Marella.

Clean, quite, temp controlled. Easy access to storage
We've been doing business with Debbie at YourSpace for over 10 years. We have rented multiple units and each time the facilities were spotless, modern, well maintained and Debbie has always been amazing to work with. Over the years, we have had to switch units and make other adjustments, which Debbie always handled effortlessly and with a smile. We worked with Debbie in Owings Mills and were super excited to hear when she was opening a YourSpace at the beach. We have rented at other places in the area, but the inside climate controlled facilities with their under cover garage access were exactly what we wanted. We're very happy with YourSpace and highly recommend them.
I made a payment on 10/06/2025 in person for my unit, only to find out I’ve been locked out of my unit on 11/01/2025. I arrived at 5:10 pm to pick up tools, and materials for a project I am working on in Virginia on 11/02/2025. I called customer service through the Kiosk, but the young lady was unable to help me due to not being able to find my account. In this instance of not being able to reach management 24/7, I find YourSpace Storage to be poorly managed by the owners!
UPDATE: 11/05/2025
At my request Debbie, the District Manager called me to discuss my concerns at her convenience of course. Unfortunately, Debbie has either not read or at the very least is ignorant to the verbiage in the rental agreements regarding the paying of rent on the 1st of each month. Debbie informed me that rent must be paid prior to 5:00 pm on the 1st of each month completely ignoring that there are 7 hours remaining in that day, or the tenants access will be restricted as of 5:00 pm when the office closes. So, following our unpleasant phone conversation due to Debbie becoming unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful on the phone I read my rental agreement. And, what I found as I already knew is there is nothing in writing in the rental agreements stating that rent must be paid prior to 5:00 pm on the 1st in order to retain access to your storage unit. And, just as I stated to the site manager on Sunday 11/02/2025 YourSpace Storage breached the contract by restricting my access to my personal belongings.
