Yes, we strongly encourage an irrigation system. Your plants and sod will establish at a must quicker rate and grow much faster and healthier with an irrigation system.
How do I maintain my new landscape?

How do I choose what type of watering application for sod vs plants?
We recommend the low-pressure drip around your plants for direct watering to the root and you do not want water on your leaves as it causes mildew. For grass, you need full coverage with a rotor overspray for your turf and sod areas.

As we come out of winter and the trees are starting to leave dormancy, it is when they are taking the most nutrients from root to plant.
