    I don’t know what happened to Dover Lowe’s, but it’s dirty. The employees do nothing but complain about one another when customers are present. Third time in here this week and have heard nothing good. Employees don’t care either, they aren’t trained to answer any questions.

    It seems more and more rare plants have been popping up at this location! Keep your eyes open and dont be afraid to check out clearance for the special find!

    I had a great experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding everything I needed quick and stress-free. The customer service really stood out—staff members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had the right materials for my project. Checkout was smooth, and overall the entire visit was efficient and enjoyable. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be coming back for future home improvement needs!

    Came to Lowe’s to try and find a part to fix my tub nozzle. I was there for about 40 min and received no help. There was. No one in the plumbing area where I searched Multiple times. Then I asked for assistance at the front entrance and the woman looked at me and rolled her eyes. I was told Tommy was coming and I waited and no one came. The lady sucked her teeth and called for Tommy again. Then the lady said walk to opposite end of the building. I said ok. She said Tommy in lumber. I walked to the end of the building there was a Tommy who was a cashier and had no idea about what I was looking for and had nothing to do with plus. I’m thinking Lowe’s need to have sales compensation. I was about to spend over 500 dollars in your store and was directed to try Home Depot.

    I'm basing this entirely on the pickup. I don't know if it's the app or the stores or what, every once in a long while i try again to see of it's improved. i'm literally sitting outside the Camden store right now where I've been sitting for 20 minutes after checking in with my space number on the app. Didn't want to walk in and check on it, because I've done that before; wasn't able to get help anywhere but a kiosk, which didn't have the order as someone had marked it picked up. Called the store just now and said I'd been waiting a while and wanted to make sure it was on the way, needed my order # to find it even though I had checked in, and asked the space. Told me someone would be on the way out with it ASAP. Asked if i could just walk in and get it....was told no I couldn't, as it's behind a counter where i can't get it. checked my calls just now for the time,that was ten minutes ago and i'm still sitting here without my stuff, which i can't walk in and get.my bad for deciding to give it another shot but this is NUTS.
