  Needed a personal response monitoring system for Mom, who is an active person, but is getting older and tends to fall. She took a really nasty fall while I was at work one day, and decided that we needed to be safe than sorry. I did my homework researching many of the big and small name companies. Than I found out about B Safe. I spoke to Zachary Martin. He explained what B Safe Personal response monitoring system had to offer and it checked off all the boxes that I was looking for and then some. They had GPS that was good worldwide, they had the fall detection that was accurate within 3 ft, tht was also water resistant. The real selling point for me was that when she calls on the two way that Mom is talking to a Certified Medic, not just someone off the street. They are also a Local company to our area which is another big selling point for me. Within 48 hour Mom had her device. Zachary came out to the house, showed us how it worked, asked some medical questions so that the Medic will already know a little medical history about Mom in front of them. This system will also contact neighbors and/or love ones that their is an issue. Have had the device for about a month now, and VERY Happy with it and the service that we have gotten along with it. Highly Recommend B Safe!

  We hadn't asked for B Safe, our account was sold to them. The service has been ok, not great, and sometimes overboard. Everyone on our call list started receiving text messages, we didn't ask for that, and it surprised a lot of people and created a nuisance we had to quell. We suddenly started receiving other notices we didn't ask for or want. They're a little slower than our previous monitoring company to call us. They don't seem to know as much about our actual alarm system as the previous monitoring company, so the conversations aren't as useful. We initially were getting calls and/or having our calls answered by an automated system, not a real person, till we told them that was not acceptable; we're not paying so much for monthly monitoring to just get robocalled. That's why 3 stars not 5, or 1.
