- EKEllen KanarekNov 6, 20183.0We hadn't asked for B Safe, our account was sold to them. The service has been ok, not great, and sometimes overboard. Everyone on our call list started receiving text messages, we didn't ask for that, and it surprised a lot of people and created a nuisance we had to quell. We suddenly started receiving other notices we didn't ask for or want. They're a little slower than our previous monitoring company to call us. They don't seem to know as much about our actual alarm system as the previous monitoring company, so the conversations aren't as useful. We initially were getting calls and/or having our calls answered by an automated system, not a real person, till we told them that was not acceptable; we're not paying so much for monthly monitoring to just get robocalled. That's why 3 stars not 5, or 1.
