I purchased a GE garage ready refrigerator that was not working properly two weeks after receiving it. I contacted Lowes and asked for an exchange, I was told since I did not use a LOWES credit card they would not exchange in with in the 30 days and that I had to use GE warranty. This policy is unexceptable. So I contacted GE and after they contacted 3 GE warranty service providers one showed up. Mind you each provider had less that a 2 google review. So the tech that should up said the highest setting is okay even though the hand book does not recommend that setting. I tried to explain that the food is not staying frozen. So, of course they left. Then I tried disputing my charge. That's when I finally heard from Peggy at Lowes. I called back and they put an email to the manager. I called a few days later asking when I would hear from the manager. Penny put in another request. I have yet to receive a call from the manger. In the meantime now my freezer door will not stay closed. I contacted my own repair person who came out and took pictures of everything wrong with the refrigerator and said it is not repairable. So back to GE and now they are finally replacing it and reimbursing me for the repair call. None of this would have happened if LOWES would have just exchanged the refrigerator with in the 30 day return window. I will never buy an appliance from them again

This store is straight trash. The lumber area is trashed and the store manager could care less apparently to. Customer service is hit or miss.

I had an amazing experience! Mike in the building supply area helped me by recommending products helping me load them and then helping me load them in my truck. Stellar customer service amazing personality and sense of humor. A true asset to Lowe's. I will be back because of this experience. I normally shop at Home Depot but now I will shop at Lowe's
