    I use to love Lowe's but now that they put nothing but self checkout in I hate going there now only if I have to. Some of us likes full service I should not have to pay and do all the work myself. And they wonder why they have so much stuff walk out the door it's hard for one person to watch all the checkouts plus if you need help to have to wait. One time I had to put the gift cards back because we had to wait so long for someone to come and they never did in the Camden store

    I entered the kingdom seeking a specific set of screws, but the "App Map" led me astray. Just as I was losing hope, Sir Eric appeared. He was a true knight in shining armor! When the screws weren't in their usual home, he led me on a quest to the Lumber Lands. When they weren't there either, he refused to give up. With the bravery of a legend, he scaled the high peaks of the overstock shelves via ladder and rescued the lost fasteners from the rafters. He delivered them to me with a smile and made sure my journey was complete. Five stars for Sir Eric, the finest champion in the realm of DIY!

    Great price on a storm door. Their curbside pick up is wonderful for big items. I am glad they offer this even though the pandemic is over.

    I will say in store we had an amazing experience and I would give 5 stars. Wayne at the Camden location was amazing! However, we are having so many issues with our deliver of our appliance. First, the day we set was changed without our approval or us being notified. I had to call to find out where it was. We were told the fridge was damaged and they had to order a new one from the warehouse. So we set a new delivery date for nearly 2 weeks later. Today, it was set to deliver. It showed up with a big dent in the front of the fridge. We declined delivery and were told we had to contact the store to set up a new delivery. I called the Dover location and waited for 20 min for someone to answer, only to be hung up on. I had to call the Camden location to finally get a hold of a person to try and resolve our issue. I am so frustrated with Lowes and this poor customer service. We ordered our fridge 3 weeks ago.
