March 29, and March 31 I buy pavers making 2 separate orders on this Camden Wyoming store because is the one more close to my home. They send me text confirming the delivery address phone and everything. I was waiting the delivery and no body came, no body call. Second delivery supposed no have the whole amount no body call if I not meek the call never know about it. Today April 22 happens the same supposed to receive the delivery in between 8:00am -12:00 pm and gets what again no body comes no body calls. I call the store speak with a manager and she said the chofer of company they contract for deliveries was sick. I’m wondering if the phone’s number also are sick or maybe damaged they can call them clients and not prolong the waiting and lost jobs hours for nothing. I’m also very concerned about the excuses they give to clients. This is the worsts Lowe’s location I have customer service is horrible they don’t care clients.

Went to the self checkout. My friend and I were together with 2 separate transactions. My friend had only scanned 2 of her items when we were approached by an employee saying we had more items in the cart than had been scanned. I said yes, we just started checking out, it will be 2 separate transactions, give us a chance to finish. The woman continued to harass me trying to get me to use another check out. I told her I didn't appreciate her undertone of accusation. I was still at the check out trying to complete my transaction while being harassed. She said sorry you feel that way. I asked her to just leave me be so I could pay for my item. Worst experience there to date. I have to do the job of a Lowes employee and check out my own merchandise while being harassed. Get it together Lowe's, not the way to treat customers.

I just bought some weed spray & bug spray. I get home & the exact same thing that happened to me last year happened again. Make sure you test the sprayers because most don't even work. You pay $25 for that crap. I will be returning it.

4/28- No follow up. Update-Lowes replied. I left the details and heard nothing back. Do NOT order custom countertops from Lowes! We ordered countertops on 8/11/24 at the Camden, Delaware Location that had a significant increase &installation on 10/3/24. We debated purchasing quartz or Formica countertops openly w/Brooke in the cabinet and countertop department as our budget was tight as we recently retired. She showed us a couple of Silestone quartz samples on sale, so we decided to make the purchase. Our total was $2,396.56, but we figured it would be a good investment. We paid a $600 deposit. We waited and waited and waited and waited to hear from Lowes or contractor for installation. I was expecting a phone call to get the ball rolling with the vendor; however, once I contacted Lowe’s I discovered an email was sent. If a customer doesn’t respond to an email within a week, other contact should be made. Once I contacted Brooke, she let me know the company emailed, and I contacted them. There was an immediate response from the company, and we set up a time to measure before installation. Shortly after, the company came out to measure, and we waited some more. We had to make some changes before installation, and they had to come back prior to installation, which wasn’t a big deal. After we made corrections, the contractor returned to remeasure and make sure things were ready to go. We finally received the final change order, so we could get the countertops installed. The final contract was FINALLY ready to be signed with an almost 38% increase in the overall price. My husband and I spent weeks requesting an itemized breakdown, and we told several employees we felt we had been scammed. Over the course of weeks, we spoke to many employees at Lowe’s and tried to follow the chain of command within the store. Eventually, Lowe’s stopped contacting us, yet they never gave us an answer. We spoke to the department manager, Ethan, and he was supposed to contact us with a breakdown within 24 hours. He said he was having trouble contacting the vendor. Every time I contacted the vendor via email or phone, she answered the phone immediately and responded to my emails immediately. After several days, we followed up with Ethan, and my husband and I called Lowe’s and left her name and number because the countertop manager, Ethan, said he could not get in contact with the vendor. My husband and I drove to the store multiple times to speak to the gm but we never were put in contact with him. We asked for the next in charge, and he or she was in interviews. I have NEVER been so frustrated in a company. Brooke who works in the cabinet department was mostly helpful. We wish she had been upfront that there would most likely be a significant increase. At one point, we were put in contact with AJ the assistant store manager, and he stated he would email a breakdown within 24 hours of the increase. He never sent an email. We watched our email for days. When we contacted him again, he stated he would give us a 10% discount on the materials. Whenever we followed up over weeks asking for an itemized increase, the answers were always vague such as it was custom work, there were five extra square feet, and a charge to remeasure. The amount never added up to the total. I spoke to Ethan again over the phone, and he stated he could not give us any type of discount. In the end, we paid the full bill. We were treated poorly, disrespectfully, and inappropriately. We anticipated an increase because we had to purchase a sink for the bathroom vanity, but we anticipated a minor increase. We already felt we should have a discount because the process had been so long, but to have over a 38% increase in cost was insane. We did expect a minor increase of about $100. Asking for a breakdown or having someone explain the increase was a hassle for them. They basically told us the cost always increases because it’s custom. A reputable company does not treat customers this way. Management should contact customers, and Itemized charges should add up to total cost.
