Completely Unprofessional Experience
I am extremely disappointed with Lowe’s and the ongoing lack of professionalism, knowledge, and accountability within their stores. Every large appliance order I’ve placed has either been incorrect, damaged, dented, or completely unusable upon delivery. It’s unacceptable that such basic tasks cannot be handled correctly, especially after spending significant time and money in-store to ensure everything was ordered properly.
There is a serious absence of management oversight—it often feels as though there is no leadership presence beyond basic pay-grade employees who are left to manage complex issues they clearly have not been trained or empowered to handle. The lack of professionalism and product knowledge is evident from the top down.
Customer service is consistently horrible, communication is minimal, and issues take far too long to resolve, if they’re ever resolved at all. Lowe’s is clearly understaffed and under-managed, leading to a frustrating and unreliable customer experience.
After multiple failed orders and damaged products, it’s clear this is not a one-time problem but a pattern of poor training, lack of management accountability, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Until these issues are addressed, I will not be making any further purchases from Lowe’s

I went to get a new shower head. I found the aisle and a worker but he said he didn't know plumbing. He accompanied me anyway. After much confusion on my part, he said he'd go get someone to help. I waited...and waited. I had to leave for an appointment. I guess I'll try another day.

In my last few visits several sales associates have asked if I needed help. I had one sales associate in plumbing that was very helpful in helping me locate the proper PVC fittings. Another young man at the register help me with ringing up solar salt bags that were located between the exit doors. Well done, Lowe's!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
