    Purchased a grill a week ago and requested to have it assembled. Associate said they would assemble the grill, and it could be picked up later in the week. Received an email a few days later that the grill was ready for pickup. Stopped in to get the assembled grill, and it was being given to us still in the box unassembled. That was unacceptable. We asked for the store manager, and Assistant Store Manager Christopher Michael addressed the problem. Chris allowed us to take the floor model fully assembled and was very apologetic. Chris remedied the issue instantly and was a pleasure to speak with. Kudos to Chris Michael for his quick thinking, professional approach and willingness to help. We applaud you Chris. Thank you!! Young store Associate Adam K. was more than willing to roll the grill out to our vehicle and load it. Adam was very professional, outgoing, and helpful, and also a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Adam K., and we applaud you as well. Just when we had little to no faith left in this Lowe's location, Chris and Adam K. restored our confidence with Lowe's., and we'll be shopping here more regularly. Take note corporate: Christopher Michael and Adam K. are real assets to the Camden Lowe's and should be recognized as such.

    Customer service was terrible and a manager couldn't help me process my return after being there for atleast an hour. So I went to the lowes in dover to see if they could process my return and my return was accepted and was out in 5 minutes.

    Very disappointed. Couldn't find what i was looking for and couldn't find any help either. Went to Home Depot. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with what I needed.

    I am only reviewing the online order process at this store as the store itself is fine. I decided to try the online order process for a large order for a renovation project I was doing for a friend. Although a little clunky, I was able to get everything ordered one morning and it was paid for and I got confirmation it was in the system and would be picked. Great, the day passed and then the next day and I hadn’t gotten anything other than the order was delayed. I called the store and was told it would be done the next day and I received an email the next day that it was ready for pickup. I hooked up my trailer and headed over to the store. I checked in and waited about 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Another 15 minutes and an associate rolled over a little cart with about 30 of the 140 items I ordered. It was far from complete but I was told I could pick up the rest of the items in the lumber area. I waited another 30 or so minutes before finally finding an associate who said he would check on the order. Finally I was told that the rest of the order had never been picked and they were short handed and it could take another couple of days to get the rest of the things together. My response was that wasn’t acceptable and I got an apology but no resolution. I told the guy that was helping me I couldn’t wait another couple of days and asked to pick it myself and he said sure. I spent the next 90 minutes running around the store to search for items that were poorly organized and labeled. I eventually found all of the items and took my carts of lumber, sheathing, insulation and other items out to load them. I asked if there was someone that give me a hand loading and was told they would send someone right out. About 30 minutes later and when I was loading the last couple of 2x6’s into the trailer, an associate showed up and asked me if I had called for help. My response was yeah about 30 minutes ago and he spun on his heels and disappeared back into the store. I am not sure what I could have done to make this process go smoother, it just doesn’t seem like Lowe’s is committed to making this work. No one was particularly rude to me but they also couldn’t resolve my issue and there was no solution offered. I have used the other big box store and found that process to also be clunky but had much better results. Lowe’s is closer and I generally like the shopping experience better but this one has me rethinking my choices moving forward.
