Whomever is running this store knows what their doing. I have always been treated with respect and never have had a problem finding an employee to help me with a purchase. The Lowes in New Castle should SHUT DOWN! I have given this store several chances to keep my business(kept gone there because so close to home and it was so convenient) Can't find an employee and if you do they act like your bothering them AND the manager isn't any better. The store is dirty & unorganized. Believe me it is worth the ride to the Bear Store....LOVE IT THERE! I will continue to shop Bear Store! Thank You for all your employee's help today with my return AND shopping.
