- MMMichał M.6 days ago5.0I was in a bit of a quick international move, and decided to call Extra Space Storage as their prices were very reasonable and it was nearest to my apartment. Immediately became connected with Kimberly over the phone, who was not just professional but personable throughout all while answering my many questions. Truly set the tone. Because I’d be away for a year, and you can only pay ahead for six months (not a big issue), she told me to reconnect later with Kevin and he’d assist when it came time to renew. Well, six months later, Kevin, who mirrored Kimberly’s professional demeanor, came through with arranging another extension on my unit after checking in on the rate I originally booked and did a follow-up call just to be sure it was reflected on my account. Thank you! Additionally, the facility is clean, secure, and safe. However, it is the staff at this location that has sets the bar high for my entire experience. Well done!

She helped me relocate a storage space, gave clear instruction, and offered to help me find my new rental. 10/10 experience as a college student renting an out storage for the first time.
