  I was so surprised at how CLEAN everything was. Like white glove clean. Not only that, I was joyfully greeted by everyone as soon as I touched the door. Like was still walking inside and I see 3 smiling faces and nicely manicured wave! I loved it. Instantly lifted my spirits. I say that because I received a very difficult call that I took outside. I came back inside to finish my transaction still very visibly upset. THANK YOU KENNY, DEE & RENEÉ!!! You all worked so well together. I would have never known Kenny has only been there a few months. Thank you for allowing the space for my spirit to calm. We all naturally picked up conversation and continued the transaction. We talked a bit more and laughed and I honestly forgot about the bad news that literally had me in tears just moments ago. Kenny & Dee were very knowledgeable and helped me work out a game plan. And folks, this was all literally RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING! I wasn’t rushed. No steps were skipped. I was still able to take my time and feel comfortable about my decision even under such stress. No one ever looked at a clock or even referred to the current time. We all know how it can be after a long day……This was genuine service that I will remember. Thank you all for showing up to work today and throughout the day. It is noticed. It is appreciated.

  The steps from searching for a space to picking up the keys was super seamless. Selected the space online and 20 minutes later I was dropping off my first box! The facility is also very clean and the onsite team was helpful.

  Terrible experience. This company takes price gouging to an entirely new level. Tripled my cost over 2-years! Doors are often broken and carts are difficult to find. Moved out and won't be looking back!

  The service was incredible. The person who helped me took the time to clearly explain everything, look for the best solution for me, and find the best offer available. I truly appreciate that you have staff who speak Spanish, because there is a large Latino community and many of us do not speak English very well. I am absolutely delighted with the person who assisted me — she was kind, patient, and very professional. Honestly, I give the experience a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!
