I bought a compressor and put a 2 years warranty on it, and it was during a holiday and I came after the holiday to return it and the told me it can’t be returned because it’s after 48 hours and denied to even change it to a bigger compressor

Very poor Customer Service the contracted installation team at SPO are very unprofessional they delivered. They did not complete the job and they charged me delivery fee. The reason they didn’t complete. The job was that they didn’t feel comfortable and later on I found out that they’re not professional team, they are just regular installers and these type of jobs by Lowe’s they hire just regular installers which showed I would not do business with Lowe’s ever again. This was my first time trying them as opposed to Home Depot and I will not be coming back to Lowe’s.

I went here a few times recently for some things. First, I wanted to see a fridge I was considering buying in person. The exact one I wanted was not in stock here, but an associate, unfortunately whose name I didn't get, kindly answered all my questions and helped me find a similar one in stock. She set delivery up for me. The fridge was delivered today and the crew was great. Overall, a very smooth experience.
I got the fridge and also some blinds. Derrill cut the blinds for me and told me where some other things I was looking for were. My blinds turned out so great, I had to come back a few days later for more.
I had a very good experience here with helpful people at all aspects. I'll definitely be going here now over the Home Depot on RI.
