The only reason why I’m knocking one star off is because of the embedded third-party sales people roaming around the store to try to sell you a service and/or product. Can’t folks shop without adverts everywhere anymore? It feels like online pop-up ads are happening in real life too. So annoying 🙄

Went in for something that was a killer deal online, but when I got there the product wasn't where it said it was on the app. The first employee pointed me to a location where similar items were... not there! Second employee looked it up in the system and said it's a top shelf item, someone would help me get it down... didn't get the help. Third employee kept calling for someone to get it down for me, no on showed up. Manager was called 3 different ways, and finally showed up to get the item for me! It took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to help me! I left very dissatisfied and felt like my time wasn't respected. I don't know what the heck was up with that, they need to get better at customer service.
