The downside is that I was told different things by different employees about moving out. I didn't know my exact move out date and now I'm out over $200 because they automatically closed my account after I did move items out last minute and they didn't give me the opportunity to give them proper notice (I still could have recouped at least a little bit.) It's on me for not reading my lease to the T but when I talked to an employee on the phone about it, they were entirely unforgiving and didn't care that I'd been told conflicting information. Don't make the same mistake as me! Make sure to refer to your lease and don't go off of what the employees tell you.
