The move-in itself is fine (they have carts) and the staff is nice, but that doesn’t excuse the misleading rates: they’ll quote you a “good” price online or on the phone and act like it’ll hold, then once you show up it suddenly turns into a 2–3 month promo and the rent gets hiked. The whole setup feels built around luring you in with a low number they don’t clearly disclose as temporary, then jacking the price once you’re moved in and it’s a pain to leave.

I've been renting storage units at this location for a few years and they always have one of the lowest prices in DC. While some customers can make a mess of the place, they do their best to keep it clean everyday and they make sure carts are easily available at any time. I also love their new roll-up door for the loading dock.
