- EGEric GoldsteinFeb 2, 20265.0I shopped around before choosing this facility, wary of the business model of storage facilities: lure you in with a teaser intro rate that you could not lock in for more than a few months, then when you have all your stuff in the unit, jack up the price. Here, they assured me that if I did not like the renewal rate, I could call and negotiate. So when the rate was about to double in the seventh month, I called and spoke to Taj and Renay; they were able to hold the increase to around 10%, which was reasonable. Everything with the move-in was as promised, no glitches, the place seems well-run, and all interactions with the staff have been pleasant and professional so far.
