The new employees put my card on auto pay without my consent then went up interest $75 for a half of storage box so I was charged $170 without consent! THEN I CALL THE FACILITY WHERE MELODY THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS RUDE, NASTY & HUNG UP IN MY FACE where I had to come in person ask for a refund she was upset and police were involved! MELODY is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I tried callin corporate which doesn’t seem to work so u will be takin this into a legal matter because as a customer I should not have to go through this or feel like I’m being scammed out my money.
