I had a question regarding a family member’s ownership of space for an extended period of time. He promptly provided me with the guidelines to follow for the change to co-ownership. The co-ownership was successful with the appropriate legal documents in place. Every time I call my questions are answered with courteous and knowledge. And during the course of co-ownership; I have inadvertently forgotten to make a timely payment the staff has called within 1-2 business day(s) as a reminder. I am so accepting of their call and quickly make the payment. The courtesy call is so very much appreciated! Thank you Extra Space for such professionals, courteous and knowledgeable staff at the Blair Road location! I highly recommend this location and business!
