  I’ve been a customer here for years. I don’t own a landscaping company, but as a blue-collar worker I spend my hard earned money here every year on supplies for my own property. That’s why I was really disappointed when my recent return was denied. The product I tried to return was completely unopened, but because I had removed the label to read the instructions before realizing I already had a full bottle from last year, they refused to take it back. I understand policies, but it feels like there’s no consideration for regular customers who rely on this place for all of their landscaping needs. It’s disheartening to feel like loyalty doesn’t count for much. I hope the company reconsiders how they handle situations like this for hardworking customers who continue to support them year after year.
