Bill was great - the showroom was right down the street so when my contractor needed to check out some measurements for my deck it was easy enough to swing by, and delivery was surprisingly an easy experience getting it craned in. Would absolutely recommend contacting Bill at Mike’s direct if you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub - peace of mind of local purchasing for an investment in a hot tub is a must.
