  This laundromat gets the job done, but I wish they had more machines during peak hours. It’s clean and the staff is helpful, but I found myself waiting quite a bit. A solid spot overall, just a bit crowded sometimes.

  We were incredibly disappointed to see that they have increased the cost of their washers. It’s unfortunate, especially for families without W/D in their units (such as those who live across the street). I would drive from New Haven to this laundromat because it was affordable for the larger machines. I won’t be doing that anymore. I already didn’t go to their other site on the Boston Post Rd because of the high prices for smaller machines. This move was a bad one; they are no longer a competitor. However, it’s generally clean and the machines work well which I like.

  Come here all the time. Always clean and tidy. This is my preferred place to do my laundry.

  Worst laundrymat I ever used. No one is ever working there. I put the dryers on medium heat and they shrunk our clothes and our sheets are ruined because they are stuck together from something & also burnt and they are also ripped now, but there's no one to complain to because no one is ever at that Laundromat on bull hill lane in West haven, ct. I'll never go there again. They're melted & ripped in these pics
