  I used my debit card to add $10 more to my laundry card and the card reader kiosk told me that my transaction was declined and no money was added to the laundry card BUT I got a bank notification telling me that my debit card was charged! and I immediately told the attendant what happened. He informed me that the charge would be reversed and my account would be credited. That never happened! I called laundromax when I got home, then the attendant changed his tune and said there's nothing he or the manager can do about it. He can only offer me a $10 washing credit. I want my money they took from me. I will never use this DIRTY, MESSY laundromat again! It's not a good feeling when you get cheated out of your money.

  Great place only issue they appoint non English speaking attendants. This is exceptionally frustrating as you can't get business completed or questions answered when this is the case. I just called in a couldn't get a simple inquiry answer the attendant claims they speak no English at all. 👎

  Great laundromat! Love the service & the fact it’s open 24/7! Always clean & love that there’s always a washer/dryer available.

  Call and lady didn’t speak any English to assist me that’s terrible and has no one to transfer me too
