- SBStephanie BissonJan 14, 20261.0I reached out to Aaron about my couch that was delivered dirty, crumbs under the cushions and broke but yet had a tag that it was sterilized waited for a call back. About 2 months later got a call to see if I wanted to rent anything else told them I'm still waiting for a call from 2 months ago. Finally spoke with the manager who stated she put a claim in for the couch being broke and here we are about another 2-3 months and have not heard back from any one. I never had this issue with them in the past it has always been a good experience but now I will be taken my business somewhere else.

What an absolute joke this place is, they give you their used garbage and want you to pay 5 times what it's actually worth. This TV got delivered with a scratch on it and didn't even come with the right remote! Thanks for pursuading me to spend my money elsewhere Aaron's! Highly suggest saving your money until you can buy it NEW on your own.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
