  If you’re going to Raymour & Flanigan, ask for Julio. Seriously. I came in already stressed, tight stairways, awkward layout, trying to figure out what would actually fit in my place without turning it into a full-blown engineering project.   Our experience in the store yesterday was amazing. My husband and I went into the store not sure on ehat we wanted. Carlos was very helpful and patient with us. He answered all our questions. Excited to see our new sofas when they arrive. Thank you Carlos

  Good evening and much thanks from Ross transport LLC to Julio the manager for taking great care of my mother tonight April 15th 20:00 as she purchased furniture for my son's brand new apartment and I mean the entire apartment, GREAT JOB JULIO MY SON THYLO AND MY MOTHER SANDRA ARE GRATEFUL FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and thank you from all of us here at Ross transport LLC for a job well done, proud of your personality with my mother as I heard the entire process on the phone, it's understandable why you are the manager, good job brother.

  Bought an entertainment center online, was told delivery was set for this Saturday. Confirmed the delivery several times, received a call and text saying they messed up but can deliver the merchandise in 5 days, but to make up for the mistake they’ll give me free delivery. I’m so curious as to why people that take money for merchandise and don’t deliver or give you merchandise feel so comfortable telling you just wait for you stuff until it’s convenient for them. Also chase is a little condescending.
