  We had a possible chimney liner concern during the installation of a new boiler and called Northeastern Chimney to see if they could help. After explaining the situation, they sent someone within a few hours. Dave M inspected the concern and gave us a clean bill of health. He was clearly an expert at his role and shared information at each stage of the inspection. Dave was great to work with and was very helpful. If Northeastern Chimney had not been so responsive and Dave not been so diligent and helpful, we would have been stuck. We are grateful to have found them and will consider them a valued resource going forward.

  Used them to repoint the chimney last spring and do a cleaning this spring. Great work, pricing is in line and they don’t try to sell you more than you need. Using them for the repointing saved me from a disreputable outfit that wanted to charge me 3 times as much for work I didn’t need. At the cleaning, the technician diagnosed an issue with the roof and sent me pictures to give to a roofer for repair.

  Chris was incredibly helpful. He inspected our chimney and explained the venting mechanism to allow us to install a gas log fireplace. Would definitely recommend in the future!
