  My first experience with Marc’s was excellent (!5 star) but the second one was very disappointing. The first visit included repairs to my stove , but the second one for washer/ drier was a steep price for nothing: $159 plus $10 tax. A lid replacement ( broken hinge) was not available, and a plastic door handle would be $70 plus $49 repair fee plus tax. Paying almost $300 for a small exterior part seemed unreasonable. I asked if the repair could be included in the diagnostic fee. No. I asked if it could be applied to delivery cost of new machine ($99).No. I didn't need a diagnosis— i could see exactly what was wrong and wanted to send them a photo and serial number so they could bring the part, but their online system didn't let me talk to a real person to explain. The technician Zach and sales person Jason were very good , and Erica in billing explained my request to the owner, who said no. They lost a good customer. Great staff, rigid policy.

  We have both bought and had appliances serviced by Marc's. Sales, A+ Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We never leave with questions unanswered or leaving their store without buying the necessary appliance and wanting to go somewhere else. Service Techs, A+ Professional, respectable and just straight forward, they don't sugarcoat anything and will tell you if an appliance is worth repairing or if you are better off getting a brand new one. Scheduling C- , Uses AI bot to field calls. Could do better on retuning calls more timely and getting their ducks in a row before calling up clients directly. We will continue going to Marc's for all our appliance needs but I advise skipping the scheduler AI slop bot and selecting the option to speak with sales. If you need general upkeep/preventative maintenance then you can schedule online which is really convenient.
