  Kevin Choquette is the man to see! Kind, warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Truly delivered on a great experience for my dad and I. As a first timer, Kevin took away all of the stress and responsibility of being a newbie and provided an incredible atmosphere for purchasing a couch. We measured all of the dimensions to ensure I got the exact couch I was looking for. Thank you Kevin!

  Kevin is truly one of the sweetest, kindest, & most genuine people we have ever met. We’ve been working with him for about 7 years now, ever since we first met him at Bob’s Discount Furniture. He helped us with all of our furniture back then & made such a lasting impression that we never forgot him. Recently, we were in search of new furniture & actually went back to Bob’s looking for him & were so sad when we didn’t see him there . Then the day we walked into Raymour & Flanigan & spotted him from a distance we were literally SO HAPPY. It felt like fate. Kevin is the type of person you instantly trust. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, honest, & always goes above & beyond. He actually listens, gives the best suggestions, & genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy not just making a sale. On top of that, he’s just an amazing human being. We absolutely adore him & will forever go to Kevin for all of our furniture needs. If you get the chance to work with him, you’re lucky. He’s truly one of a kind.

  We were looking for a nice sofa and loveseats, we were not sure which one to choose because of the color and size. Kevin Choquette approached us, kindly listen and showed us all options, he was well informed, kind and respectfull. Later when we set the order we decided to chose another set, Kevin was patient and let us do the change without any complaint, finally he follows up the order status and ensured that we were happy with the whole process. I definetely will look for him at the West Hartford store when I decide to buy a new set.
