  It took nearly 7 months to get my sleeper sofa due to a number of issues. The response was a decrease in price and offer of a full refund. That was an important response and finally the sofa has arrived as ordered.

  Upon arriving i was greeted by sales assistant Max i explained what I was looking for and he showed me several prices of furniture and I explained to max that I would come back the next day with my wife and show her what I had looked at, sge had agreed with what I had picked out and we made the purchase.

  I went in a few months ago for a dresser and met Jackie. She helped me pick out a really nice dresser that I love for my coastal space. She was friendly and easy going and we had a great conversation during this time. I went back about 6 weeks later to pick out a couch for my basement and wanted to reconnect with her as our conversation and ease of working with her went very well and this was another great experience! In fact, so great that she said she thought she had a great couch to show my son and I (after I kept looking alone and not finding what I wanted) and you know what? That couch she had picked out for us is absolutely PERFECT! It’s literally like she knew exactly what I wanted. I will continue to shop with her when I go to Raymour & Flanigan. She’s very friendly and obviously good at her career, so when you stop by there, I hope you give her a chance.

  The associate that helped me, Robin, was very helpful and patient. I was picking out a sofa bed and we went back and forth between three that interested me more than a few times. Once I picked one out the store contacted me promptly when they placed the order and notified me a few days in advance of when their earliest possible delivery date was. Once I chose a day for delivery they sent me a link to track the delivery truck. Delivery and install went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Raymore & Flanagan for your next furniture purchase.
