  Spent some significant money through the years at this store and always a good experience along with the quality of the products. Sales associates have been great, however felt it necessary to share our recent experience with a unique sales person named Jackie Gash. Began some months ago with a recliner purchase and not liking to be "attacked" by sales people - I had my "shields up" when my wife and I entered the store. I more or less dismissed Jackie initially advising that my wife and I would find her when ready to do business rather than be followed around. No problem and we re-located Jackie to complete the transactions. Felt absolutely horrible, but Jackie delightfully understood where I was coming from once I explained in detail the "attack idea" so often experienced whether at a store or car dealer. In synopsis, I know why I am going there and when I am ready, I will seek you out to which she graciously understood. Recently we visited for more furniture and another significant expense and I will say that Raymour and Flannigan needs to wake up as they have no idea of the extreme worth this young lady is to this store and their company! Absolute sweetheart, pleasant personality, down to earth, honest and in short - you will feel like you have known her your whole life. Very in tune with her products along with the scale of the various levels of product quality to meet your budget. Low key lady with a mound of energy and enthusiasm where other "wanna be sales staff" should be following her around and taking notes. Thank you Jackie once again for being a genuine person and a true delight to work with, who lets the customer work through the sale along with your expert input.   Such a good quick process! I didn’t expect a response on a Saturday at 10 pm rob answered in a timely manner and I was a few steps away from getting my bed purchased so excited they are speedy, quick attentive, and able to assist in any issues. It’s a great experience.
