If I could give Lowe’s a 100 negative zeros I would.
Purchased a washer/dryer combo. Doesn’t work and dry correctly. I want to return not happy with it. I was told I can’t return it because I had 48 hours to do that. I was never told this by the kid who worked in that area . If Lowe’s is going to hire and place people in a department they should be able to communicate to the customer that they had 48 hours to return item. The kid couldn’t even answer what plug was on the back of the unit . No we’re is it written , about the 48 hours. Not even on the receipt , or when it got delivered . Were we told this.
Lowes says I have to call LG to get a return RA number , LG tells me it’s Lowe’s . We are on day 5 of them finger pointing each other and countless hours on the phone it’s not their job.
I have a purchase of $ 2,888 dollars that I am stuck with. Getting the run around , i guess Lowe’s is just ok with taking customers money and not backing up there products they sell. And making it right.
I may be taking a huge hit on this but I will never EVER purchase anything from this store again.not be a paintbrush. Yeah I’m only one customer no biggy to them , but I’ll make sure others know the treatment you will receive .
