  We couldn’t ask for anything better than this! This are hard working professionals! From the sellers; management;and to the delivery team is pure excellence. We are very happy with the high quality furniture; service; and doing business with them. Raymour & Flanigan are the best in the Northeast region! Special thanks to Karen Doll and Jaime Velasquez; they’re super!

  Buyer beware!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Bought a couch on 1/4 and was told there would be a 2-3 week delay due to back orders. It’s now 2/28 and I’m hearing it being pushed back to 3/20. The store manager Cameron did close to nothing to help out for the inconvenience and basically just kept giving us false hope. A store shouldn’t sell furniture if they can’t give the customer a hard date for delivery. I would never shop at this store again and advise anyone else looking for furniture to steer clear. They’re incompetent worthless people in that store

  Excellent experience at the store. Lucidannia made everything quick and easy. You can tell she truly cares about providing great customer service. Congratulations to the team for having someone like Lucidannia. Her manner was courteous and very professional.

  Jamie greeted me immediately upon entrance. I had specific item in mind and he quickly directed me to the items and made suggestions. He was not pushy and allowed me the time and space to think and process. My purchase was quick and easy and delivery date was quick and on a day that worked for me. Overall great experience!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store. The customer service was poor from start to finish. My delivery was messed up not once, not twice, but three separate times. Each time I had to rearrange my schedule and take days off work, only for the delivery to go wrong again. On top of that, I waited four months for an item that was supposed to be shipped, which is completely unacceptable. I was promised compensation for the time missed from work due to their delivery errors, but they did not follow through on what was offered. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring about the inconvenience they cause. I understand that mistakes can happen, but repeated issues combined with broken promises show a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend purchasing from this location.
