    The employees the work there were very friendly. But the prices there were so expensive that I could justify spending $700 on a love seat. They had a lot of bad credit payment offers and I believe that’s how they stay in business in this area.

    I purchased a sectional couch from Raymour & Flanigan along with their 5-year protection plan. Unfortunately, after only a couple of years of normal use, the couch has completely fallen apart. There are holes in the couch itself, springs sticking out and the frantic has totally come undone at the seam where the corner of the sectional meets. The couch continues to deteriorate, which is especially concerning since I have two small children. A service technician named Colt came out on Friday, October 10th and determined that the couch was irreparable. Colt was extremely pleasant, kind, and professional, and this situation is absolutely no fault of his. He told me that someone would be contacting me by Monday to discuss next steps. That phone call never happened. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact Raymour & Flanigan. Each time, I’m told someone will call me back — often “by the end of the day” — and those calls never come. I have been promised follow-ups repeatedly, with no follow-through whatsoever. The quality of the furniture is unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that I purchased a protection plan. Even worse is the lack of customer service and accountability when a clear problem exists. I would never purchase furniture from Raymour & Flanigan again. The furniture quality is poor, and the customer service has been incredibly disappointing.

    I had a very pleasurable experience with Eric Gokey from the minute I walked in the door. He was very friendly and personable all the way to the last second we signed our name to purchase a three piece recliner. He was the only salesman I've encountered that was not pushy for us to purchase something so he could make a commission on it. Next time I purchase something I am definitely going to ask for Eric!! He made the process of picking up our purchase so much easier for us, Eric your the best and a great asset to Raymour and Flanigan !! 👍

    All I can say is that after they take your money they don’t care about anything else. Their delivery was not as they promised. We were missing items that we purchased. They did not take accountability. The store manager Karen was clueless. Never remembered us anytime we called regarding the items. Always promised to call back and never did. She said she would refund our delivery fee and it’s been 2 month now and nothing. We tried calling the distribution center in Stratford and got the run around there as well. The Director of operations in Stratford named Jisma Salazar was never available. They also promised to called back and never did. We paid everything in full and were completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way we were treated after we paid nearly $5,000 up Front for our funiture. We had plans on purchasing more items that we needed for our newly purchased home but definitely know that Raymour and Flanigan is definitely not where we are going to make out purchase.

    Please when buying from this store be careful as they will not share valuable information about your purchase and when you approach them with the information they will tell you that was your responsibility to know prior to the purchase. I purchased furniture’s from them and had it delivered directly to the shipping company to be shipped out of the country, they knowing that it should be tax exempted didn’t offer me that option, when I called later they lied about such option. This is a despicable and shameful act towards a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with thier company.
