    Got a drier about 2 months ago and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have been calling for them to com fix it since. I was told excuse after excuse. COME GET YOUR DRIER AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!¡!!

    This has to be the worst location ever. They do not take accountability for their mess ups. First they call me yesterday to confirm my delivery and I told them I get out of work like at 3. So then today I get a call saying they are outside. Mistake one. Then I'm waiting for awhile for my delivery they call and say they are outside. Turns out they delivered to the billing address. Mistake 2, so I tell the lady I got proof of the delivery address in my email and in the lease. So she ask me to send it to her in a email and she'll review and call me back. I send it and no response back, u keep calling no answer, then finally I get an answer, and they say they won't be able to deliver it till Monday. Mistake 3. Then the lady tries to make it like I messed upn U know the drivers got mad and said screw it. Like I have multiple emails and all the lease forms that state the right delivery address. So now I get nothing. I would love to talk to management. This is unacceptable like the drive to the correct address is not even 20 minutes away. If there's a way to talk to management. Cuz I would still like my stuff but now the order is cancelled and I do not want to keep talking to the lady that was picking up the phone. Please reach out to me!

    They’re the worst place to buy. The service is really bad. We made the payment, and the they say that we’re not paying, we agree to pay in 3 or 4 months, and now they that we have 7 more payments, when we only have one payment left. Sonia and everybody in that store they’re unprofessional. Please people don’t go to the store in Wolcott st in Waterbury, they doesn’t help they try to rob you in any way is possible. And then they call my wife and hang up. Like everything is a joke for them. Please get everything together don’t mess with people time like that.👎 they lucky that I have to choose 1 start, because they don’t deserved. They deserve 0. Oh and by the way the firs washer machine they bring was damage so bad, and the second one to, then we have to wait couple of week, to get the other one. change that washer machine like 3 times. They’re really bad in business.

    Where do I even start? First off, the supervisor or associate by the name of Sonia is completely unprofessional. She called trying to say that I did not make a payment when I did and accused me of being a liar. How when you clearly sent an associate from your Waterbury store since Meriden is now closed to pick up the payment in cash and was given a receipt both physical and via email. Then I had couches that I have gotten almost a year ago that since I've gotten them I have asked them that I would like to switch them to something else because when I first sat on the couch it went completely down which no new couch should do that at all. I went to the Waterbury store because Meriden at the time had nothing that I liked and there was you can tell used couches in that store that no one wanted and were trying to sell for full price. The catalog I did not see anything I liked so I asked them to pick up the couches and leave the kitchen table and frame. Everyday I would call and I would get the run around about pickup for the couches. Then towards the end of October I was called by Sonia which she was accusing me of not paying since July? Excuse me but if I didn't pay since July don't you think by October everything would be picked up? Exactly my point. She was double charging me when I'm someone who is elderly and retired. I got these items because I needed them for my apartment and I always paid on time no matter what. Due to this negative experience I will not recommend anyone to Aaron's nor will I ever lease from them again. Teach Sonia and your Waterbury CT staff how to speak to clients no matter the age, etc and have them take a class of morals and ethics because apparently her nor the staff working there don't have any at all.

    There’s no accountability. I was supposed to get furniture delivered THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP A TIME then all the sudden I wasn’t on the books for a delivery and now have to wait another three days . I went out of my way to move everything out of my room and out of the way and now what ? I have to sleep in the living room because yall don’t know how to communicate…. get it together.
