Have been looking for the right tile for a bath remodel finally found it Lowe's walling went to pick up 2 hrs later when help arrives at 9:00 was told they were out of this tile but Manchester store had 14 cases available ... Ask to call was told they can't call other stores ? So I called from the parking ... Put on hold for 20 minutes no answer in that flooring department .... Drove 45 min to Manchester.... Get in the flooring section was told they had the 14 cases after another 30 was told they can't find it then was told it was a special order item ? It's literally has its own section .... And they could order it but will take 10 days .... Craziest part is they just finished inventory but still can't find it ??? Wasted 1/2 day on a search ?

Still waiting on a botched shed install. Door latches were never installed. The shed frame was skewed by 1/2" so the doors will never shut properly. 6:30am start was not appreciated. The builder showed up offering nothing but what he wouldn't do. The product was substandard besides the incompetent install.
I will never use lowes again.
