- MAMelanie AbissiJul 31, 20251.0We bought a pool at the Wallingford location and they said they work with a certain company to put them in. We bought the pool June 21st, and it’s July 31st. Communication with their suggested contractor has been dismal at best. No permit has been pulled yet despite multiple attempts to contact him. The best bet it to pay a little more and go with a company that installs the pool for you. Oh and the best part is I can’t return the pool and do that because you only have 30 days to return it. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere.

I had to wait about 10 minutes to ask if she had any because it wasn't out in the store. If the prices were better I would have bought some. Overall, it seems like a good place, but they need more than one person in the store.

This place when you buy something it is okay when you have to replace they Act like they don't know what you are talking g about I will never go back I will tell everyone I know in the business about this place I talk to a lot people every day I
