- MAMelanie AbissiJul 31, 20251.0We bought a pool at the Wallingford location and they said they work with a certain company to put them in. We bought the pool June 21st, and it’s July 31st. Communication with their suggested contractor has been dismal at best. No permit has been pulled yet despite multiple attempts to contact him. The best bet it to pay a little more and go with a company that installs the pool for you. Oh and the best part is I can’t return the pool and do that because you only have 30 days to return it. Save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere.

Would have kept it if it worked but it never moved in my pool. Was told to clean it and return it to the manager (which i did). She took down my information and said I would get a call in a few hours. Going on a week + and no phone and the $222 dollar charge is still on my credit card!! NOT HAPPY SO FAR!!
