- MLMeg Levvis3 days ago5.0I would like to thank two members of your staff, Ben C. and Christian, who, on 2 different days, help me load bags of soil onto the cart and into my truck. It was so appreciated. They were both so nice and should be rewarded for their efforts.
- DWDavid WatersApr 29, 20261.0Lies and deceptive pricing. They advertise items online and in the app for a lower price and when you get to the store the items cost more than advertised. I was told by an employee that if I go to the service desk that I could ask for a price adjustment. I go to service and ask a woman named Mary whom said she was the head cashier for the day about a price adjustment and she said they do not do that. I don’t understand this stores policy. They give a price adjustment if the product is opened, damaged, returned or missing pieces. So why don’t you at least honor the advertised price of the item listen in the app? It doesn’t say it’s an online only price and you have many of the product still on the shelf. It says this is the price for this item at this store and it says what aisle and bay it’s in. What is the problem? I assume the problem is just this store. Even when you bring an item to the front and ring it up it often doesn’t match the price on the shelf tag. And when you bring the tag or photos of it to the front they still do not match or adjust the pricing. Thankfully the orange store does :) And I’ve had nothing but good luck with them so we’ll just shop there for now on. Peace be with you!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
