I’ve contacted front desk and they said they had documentation of it being sent. After asking for the proof to be emailed, they proceeded to ignore my emails following up on the situation. I currently live across the country, so I cannot go in person to discuss this. They had more than doubled my rate over the past year. Very disappointed. They also ask for a five star review in return for lowering the rate a small percentage after raising it more than 70%, hence the great reviews.
