I was having a difficult time with the online experience due to questions I needed to clarify that was not easily understandable on online. So I called one of the Strafford, Connecticut stores and I got Yoshi and she helped me tremendously. She was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the Extra Space Storage system. She could not accommodate my needs in her store, but she searched around other area stores to accommodate my needs.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I had the right unit for my needs, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great customer service and people who actually care, this is the place. Highly recommend.
